# What should I do when I don’t find any recording of my referee client?

Don’t worry! You can drop an email for us at <support@smartifyapps.com> and let us know the details of the customers who are supposed to be included: Customer’s Name and shop name, the referred App, Referring and Installing Date. We’ll check and respond to you.
